(b) User Account: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Termination

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of general international commercial law, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts as mutually agreed upon, depending on the nature and location of the dispute.

11. Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
